| The Introduction of the “Distributed NVR Management
System” |
[Centralized Database Management System]

|
| Traditional Client-Server Centralized Database Management
system centralized store data in one particular site. All requests
from clients are managed by the computer system of the site. |
|
[Distributed Database Management
System]
Distributed database system stores logically related database
into different sites. Each site in the network environment
needs to have the ability to work independently in order to
support the application program within each site’s local
database system. In addition, through a communication network
system, sites can communicate and share data from each other.
Distributed Database Management System is responsible for managing
database distributed in each site, allow users to have access
to data stored in each site no matter where the sites and data
are.
|
|
Plustek NVR 4000 adopts distributed management system, which
provides remotely database link, distributed queries, management,
and so forth. Moreover, it also increases and possesses powerful
functions such as scheduling and trigger recording.
The machine will hold all functions of the distributed images
over database server. Through the distributed database system
of the Plustek NVR 4000, users can search and manage image
data through an integrated application interface, which means
that users do not have to know the location or distribution
of sites when they want to save or edit data from the particular
sites.
Moreover, the NVR’s management interface is simple
and completed. Users can manage all data from different
NVR through a single complete form. (i.e. although users
have more than one NVR, they won’t notice it because
all NVR are easily access from one single page.)
The distributed management system of Plustek NVR 4000
integrates data saved from different NVR and transfers
to users. Instead of repeatedly logging on to each NVR’s
management interface, users can easily management all NVR
database through only one integrated management interface.
We only briefly introduce the system structure of Plustek
NVR 4000. If you need to comprehensively understand the
operation of NVR 4000 and how the distributed images database
system works, please refer to our user manual.
